Return Policy
Refunds are only issued for items that arrive defective or damaged. All other returns are eligible for exchange or store credit within 30 days of purchase. After 30 days, we are unable to offer an exchange or store credit.
Eligibility for Exchange or Store Credit
To be eligible, items must be in brand-new condition unused, unwashed, and complete with all original accessories such as product tags, stickers, buttons, etc.

Store Credit
Customers may choose to receive store credit in place of an exchange. Store credit will be issued once the returned item has been received and inspected and can be applied to future purchases.
Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
If store credit is issued, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from the credited amount.
Shipping Recommendations
We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance when returning items. This helps ensure your return arrives safely, as we cannot be responsible for items lost in transit.
